My package arrived but some items are missing — what should I do?
Don’t worry! Depending on stock availability, your order may be split into multiple shipments. The missing items should arrive shortly. If not, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.
What happens if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please send us a photo of the damaged item to support@relieva.shop and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?
